Description
The traffic pattern along Kimberly Ave is not working. The city and state need to look at an additional connection between the northern and southern halves of town. Currently, North High St's bridge is the ONLY connection between both halves with the town's boundaries.

Nobody, including police officers and city workers, stops at the line at the light on High St. . High St is too narrow of a road to be a major connection. Everyone "blocks the box" at Sanford St and High St. Many drivers blow the red light to cross over the bridge northbound.
Because drivers Block the Box, it causes traffic backups all the way to Kimberly, and many times up over the bridge when a resident wants to turn left onto Sanford St from the Southbound lane.
I have watched multiple drivers slow roll through the "new" light up stop sign on Pardee, many times narrowly missing pedestrians already in the process of crossing the street. I have seen several people crossing that have had to stop in the middle of the road to avoid distracted drivers blowing that stop sign.
Sadly, none of this is new. It's been going on for 20+ years, and rebuilding the bridge did nothing to fix or alleviate any of the issues in this area.
